Walk and Talk Therapy
Psychotherapy for individuals who enjoy movement and spending time outdoors. Walk-and-Talk therapy combines the healing forces of nature with evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches.

Hi there! I’m Andrea, Registered Psychotherapist and founder of Connected Healing Psychotherapy. Thank you for landing here.
I offer trauma-focused and personally tailored psychotherapy services for those living in the Vaughan and Etobicoke area, as well as virtually all across Ontario.
It takes courage to reach out for support, and finding a therapist who you feel connected and safe with through this process is so important. That is why I always offer a complimentary 15 minute phone call where we can get to know each other better and discover if we might be a good fit.

It can be difficult to show up for yourself, to reflect on your relationships, and to be present with your emotions. Healing takes courage, and I am here to support you with compassion and non-judgment along this journey.
