My Services

Individual Therapy

Person-centred and trauma-informed psychotherapy for individuals over the age of 18. Meetings are offered virtually or over the phone in 50 or 75 minute increments.

Walk and Talk Therapy

For individuals who enjoy spending time outdoors, walk-and-talk therapy combines individual therapy with the healing benefits of nature.

About Me

Hi there! I’m Andrea (she/her), Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and founder of Connected Healing Psychotherapy. Thank you for landing on my site.

I offer client-centred and personally tailored psychotherapy services for those living in the Hamilton/Burlington area and all across Ontario, and am passionate about supporting individuals of all identities along their healing journeys.

It takes courage to reach out for support, and finding a therapist who you feel connected and safe with through this process is so important. That is why I always offer a complimentary 15 minute phone call where we can get to know each other better and discover if we might be a good fit.

Connection

I believe that meaningful connection is at the heart of healing. To me, connection involves creating a therapeutic relationship where you can show up with authenticity and vulnerability, and leave feeling seen and understood.

Courage

It can be difficult to show up for yourself, to reflect on your relationships, and to be present with your emotions. Healing takes courage, and I am here to support you with compassion and non-judgment along this journey.

Empathy

 With a listening heart and an unconditional regard, my hope is to be present and feel with you as you share your experiences and explore the impact they have had on you. I aim to create a space for you to feel safe and connected as you become curious about your emotions.
